Meditation

Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years around the world. It is an excellent tool for getting acquainted with your body’s own inner wisdom. A deeply relaxing practice, meditation gently helps you find the peace that already exists and allows us to tap into our intuition, creativity, and connection to the universe. Through regular meditation, many physical benefits can be experienced; blood pressure decreases, the heart rate becomes slower, breathing is relaxed, and stress hormones are decreased.

I am a licensed clinician with a private practice while I also work part-time for a local non-profit organization. Additionally, I have a practitioner’s license in Energy Medicine and a Level II Reiki practitioner’s license.
