Stacey Cruz

MA, LPC, LCAS

Stacey is a NC Board Licensed Professional Counselor and a NC Board Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and her aim is to help you get back into the driver’s seat of your life. If you feel stuck and want your life back, then she wants to help you get back on track by empowering you to heal past events (small or large) that keep showing up in the present and preventing you from making new choices for the life you want.

If you suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, or are just feeling stuck, it is likely that emotional memories are being triggered into the present and driving your life. EMDR therapy can help to neutralize such memories and free you to respond to the present in the way you would prefer.
For more about EMDR therapy and evidenced-based research, please go to www.EMDR.com/what-is-emdr/.  In addition to EMDR therapy, Stacey also incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion, and cognitive based approaches to sustain living in the present with more kindness and appreciation for yourself and your incredible journey through this life.
